Royal Caribbean’s Ovation Drops Scenic Cruising Near Hubbard Glacier
The current cruise aboard the Ovation of the Seas is dropping planned scenic cruising near Hubbard Glacier, according to a letter sent to guests onboard.
After departing from Vancouver on Friday, May 15, 2026, the one-way cruise to Alaska was scheduled to visit the area on Thursday, May 21.
According to Royal Caribbean’s statement, the scenic cruising was replaced with a sea day due to a change to the cruise’s disembarkation port.
