Carnival Hosts Christmas in July at Queensland Children’s Hospital
Carnival Cruise Line has announced that it made a surprise visit to children at the Queensland Children’s Hospital on Tuesday, July 14, with The Grinch and Cat in the Hat.
The Dr. Seuss characters took time away from the Carnival Encounter to join the ship’s Cruise Director and Fun Squad at the Children’s Hospital Foundation Fun Day.
The company said in a press release that the young patients and their families were treated to a surprise meet-and-greet with the Dr. Seuss favorites, while craft stations, a puppy play area and sweet treats helped create a celebration-filled day.
