RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsibility for the professional management of the assigned bar as well as for the training and development of the bar team
• Ensuring smooth operations in the work area and the proper preparation of all beverages in accordance with recipes and standards
• Controlling the ordering of bar equipment and consumables, considering business management aspects
• Monitoring sales development and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction

REQUIREMENT:

•Completed apprenticeship in the hotel and catering sector as well as proven professional experience and initial leadership experience

•Preferably an IHK Bartender diploma or an IHK Bar Manager certificate

•Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken (minimum CEFR level B2), with confident use of Microsoft 365 applications

•High level of service and sales orientation, confidence, excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility
