RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professional management of several bar outlets as well as training and development of the bar teams
• Ensuring smooth operations in the work area, including the associated administrative tasks
• Controlling the ordering of bar equipment and consumables, considering business management aspects
• Monitoring sales development and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction

REQUIREMENT:

• Completed apprenticeship in the hotel and catering sector as well as proven professional and leadership experience in an international environment
• Preferably an IHK Bartender diploma or an IHK Bar Manager certificate
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken (minimum CEFR level B2), with confident use of Microsoft 365 applications
• High level of service and sales orientation, confidence, excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, positive demeanor
