RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guest Service

• Greet guests nicely and quickly.
• Take accurate drink and food orders.
• Know the drink menu well and suggest specials or popular items.
• Check on guests often to make sure they are happy.

Bar Operations

• Serve drinks safely and correctly from the bar to the tables.
• Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to log orders.
• Collect cash or process credit card payments.
• Work closely with bartenders and other team members.
