RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrive on time and follow the schedule.
  
• Serve the alcoholic drinks, conforming to the law and policy of the company usage regulations of other countries.
  
• To know the international cocktails and the different liquors and spirits to advise the passengers on their choice.
  
• Keep very high cleanliness around the bars under the USPH, HACCP rules and fill out the cleaning logs every day.
  
• Highlight our premium selection, our promotions and workshops which will be decided by the Bar Manager.
  
• Contribute at different training sessions and meeting.
  
• Respect the garbage storage plan.
  
• Use in a right way the sanitary equipment on board.
  
• Respect the safety rules on board.
  
• To be able to work with a team spirit but also alone behind one bar and follow properly the steps of a typical working day (opening and closing of the bar, set up everything, provide e 5-star service)
  
• To be able to do other duties, which can be given by the bar manager of the hotel manager (win service in the restaurant, loading….)
