Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operational

  • Be familiar with all current and applicable PH regulations, including, but not limited to VSP, SHIPSAN, CSIP,
  • ANVISA, AQIS, and all relevant internal policies and procedures, as outlined in the SMS and all applicable manuals.
  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness of all galley areas (including storage lockers, galleys, dishwash and potwash areas, and BOH areas assigned to the F&B department).
  • Monitors that all cleaning and ware-washing equipment is maintained clean and in good working condition.
