Candidate must have Standard European beverage background; At least 3 years Sommelier experience in 5 start establishment; Excellent wine and bar knowledge. Ships experience preferred. Minimum WSET Qualification. Deep knowledge in Word, Excel, Micros, Fidelio. MXP highly advantageous
