  • The 1st Commis Chef is responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in producing and delivering the best culinary experience at sea.
  • The role requires a strong understanding of international cuisine, recipes and culinary processes and food safety practices.
  • Job responsibilities include adhering to company recipes, daily production schedules, demonstrating an ongoing understanding of the ingredient consumption required for daily production to minimize food waste during production.
  • The role also requires demonstrating commitment to safety, compliance with international regulations and Company standards, and upholding the company's values while maintaining professional relationships, and promoting a harassment-free environment.
