Main Responsibilities:

As the Head of the Housekeeping Department, your responsibilities will include overseeing up to 2610 guest cabins, front-of-house public areas, back-of-house areas (including living spaces for staff members), and managing operations such as laundry, swimming pool supervision, and floristry.

• Lead a large middle management team by example, driving engagement, and achieving results through motivation and effective leadership.
• Demonstrate a passion for cleanliness and industry standards, continuously improving existing procedures and fostering capability within the team.
• Utilise strong performance management skills to elevate your team's performance, identifying key areas of improvement to achieve KPIs and maintain high standards.
• Implement efficiency-driven practices, leveraging experience in time and motion, "lean" methodologies, and techniques to maximize workplace effectiveness.
