What You’ll be Up To:
- Provide an epic experience for our guests at all times
- Extensive knowledge and experience of various baking techniques, skills, and experience from Europe, France, and Italy
- Responsible for the production, preparation and baking for different bread rolls, Danish, breads, and croissants and ensuring that standards are the highest quality
- Follow the menus, recipes, guidelines and methods provided
- Ensure that any guest requests for special food requests, diets, or allergies are delivered such as gluten free bread products
- Report any machinery/technical faults to Executive Pastry Chef
- Ensure that they are working to company, HACCP, and USPH guidelines
- Carry out the clear down routines after service and ensure the appearance and condition of all items meet Virgin Voyages standards
