As a Senior Waiter, you’ll be providing exemplary customer service to guests through each and every dining experience, whilst assisting the restaurant leadership team by overseeing our buffet and room service teams.

Working with the restaurant leadership team through the provision of a smooth and efficient service, you will be aiming for guest compliments and smiles! You will have to anticipate guests’ needs without being directly asked through observation of body language and listening.

Are you a thoughtful team player who does what you say you will do? Do you use you initiative each day to ensure that you go over and above guests expectations? Are you charismatic and a strong communicator who can deal with our international guests?

Do you have the following experience?

• Previous professional experience in a similar position preferably gained within a 4/5* high volume hotel, restaurant or cruise ship
• Leadership experience is desirable
• Ability to meet KPI's and ensure the SOP's are being followed at a high standard
• Competent in the use of reservation systems and most MS Office software
• Good command of written and spoken English
