Key Responsibilities

  • Provides a positive dining experience for every guest by always applying the Brand and Service Excellence standards by courteously assisting guests during food and beverage service.
  • Ensures proper set-up and presentation of the assigned service area and maintains and restocks the assigned service area in accordance with company standards.
  • Delivers food and beverages service as requested, in a timely manner, in the correct order and answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation.
  • Ensures that service procedures are followed during meal times, including clearing and cleaning tables in accordance with brand standards.
  • Demonstrates to each guest that their satisfaction is our top priority by promptly acknowledging every request, immediately reporting issues to management as appropriate, responding promptly and effectively to resolve any service request or concern, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
