Role Expectations

• Clean the assigned number of staterooms twice daily, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and windows, as well as replenishing linens, amenities, glassware and minibar
• Maintain staterooms and report deficiencies for repair and maintenance
• Ensure the confidentiality & security of all Guest staterooms and handle Guest complaints
• Provide laundry pick-up and delivery, shoeshine service, make ice deliveries
• Participate in luggage duty on embarkation & disembarkation day
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, separate and remove garbage in compliance with public health policies
• Always uphold impeccable grooming standards by complying with Viking’s Image and Uniform Standards
• Demonstrate outstanding flexibility: able to work at various times of the day, under pressure and always reflect a positive can-do attitude and the best image of Viking
• You will be expected to consistently arrive on time and be prepared for work
• Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at leaders’ discretion based on operational needs
