- Carefully manage and monitor the cooking of pizzas in the oven, ensuring they are cooked evenly and perfectly crispy.
- Keep the workspace clean and tidy, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards according to HACCP and onboard regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure minimal wait times and efficient service.
- Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in product quality.
QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
- Proven experience in the role of Pizzaiolo, preferably in a professional environment.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Italian pizza preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with colleagues.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- Basic level of English (B1 level).
