KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Prepare fresh dough and skillfully stretch the dough. Add ingredients with precision and creativity, ensuring the right distribution for each pizza.
  • Carefully manage and monitor the cooking of pizzas in the oven, ensuring they are cooked evenly and perfectly crispy.
  • Keep the workspace clean and tidy, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards according to HACCP and onboard regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure minimal wait times and efficient service.
  • Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in product quality.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)

  • Proven experience in the role of Pizzaiolo, preferably in a professional environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional Italian pizza preparation techniques.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Basic level of English (B1 level).
