Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming environment, delivering exceptional one-on-one customer service to guests of all ages.
• Maintain Child Safeguarding Certification to ensure the highest standards of safety and care for young participants.
• Keep arts and crafts areas clean, organized, and stocked with high-quality, functioning supplies.
• Monitor and order consumable supplies, repair items, and maintain an inventory of books, games, and puzzles.
• Stay up-to-date with shipboard events and information to provide assistance and guidance to guests as needed.
• Promote engagement through the Navigator App and other tools, enhancing guest satisfaction and onboard revenue.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the Holland America brand voice and vision through interactions and dress, following the Company’s look-book.
• Assist in youth facilities and High Score! as requested by management.
• Adhere to all Health, Environmental, Safety, and Security policies to ensure a safe environment for all.
• Perform additional job-related tasks as directed by management.
