As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Galley, ensuring high standards in our restaurants is maintained at all times. Operating a better together approach with the Hotel Stores Manager you will work with requisition of food orders and the identification of slow moving food items to facilitate effective stock turnover.

• Proven experience of budgets and financial management within a corporate environment.
• Extensive managerial experience within large galley/kitchen teams
• Passionate and dedicated
• Galley cruise ship or 5* experience in a similar role is a must
