Our Chef de Partie Butcher's are responsible for the high standard and quality of all production within the meat and fish preparation area. You will be working to control cost and wastage within the meat & fish preparation area, proactively planning activities ensuring products are thawed in time for need and to ensure all storage times and requirements are followed. You will ensure all work is carried out in line with all company public health, hygiene and safety guidelines championing being a hero of safe and well.
To join Cunard in this fantastic role you will need the following experience:
- Experience of working in a hotel butchery or cruise ship environment
- Experience of thawing, de-boning, cleaning, grinding, mincing, portion-cutting and marinating of meat
- Supervisory experience within large galley/kitchen teams
