If you wish to take your career to the next level, P&O Cruises is looking for:

• Previous employment within Food & Beverage on board a cruise ship or large hotel resort environment
• Comprehensive understanding of USPH and food hygiene is essential
• Experience of financial management of stock, cost controls and budgets and meeting and exceeding targets
• Extensive managerial experience of managing a large team conducting appraisals, development plans and motivating staff, ideally within the cruise industry
