As a Shop Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail setting. You’ll be specialized in a specific functional area, using your knowledge to assure high visual standards and optimal stock levels, by replenishing merchandise as needed

• You will oversee your shop section and assist in other categories when needed. You will maintain excellent marketing and visual merchandising standards, delivering brand service strategies and supporting product initiatives.
• You will promptly provide an informed response about products and services offered, address guest inquiries and feedback, fostering strong relationships throughout their experience. You will portrait a positive image of the onboard retail shops in order to build trust and credibility.
• You will ensure accurate inventory levels through daily stock and inventory management. You’ll develop expertise in all areas of the store through cross training.
