Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service according to the restaurant destination (themes), portraying at all time the attitude, body language and verbal etiquette in relation of the destination.
  • Use every opportunity to connect with the guest in order to create and enhance the guest experience as per the destination.
  • Provide personalized service, using guest names.
  • Maintain clean and orderly tables.
  • Set up, organize and clean assigned station according to PH standards
  • Prepare mise-en-place to ensure that assigned station is ready when guests arrive.
  • Greet guest at table as they arrive, pulling out the chair for ladies.
  • Offer the menu.
  • Provide guests with personal self-introduction.
  • Present the Amuse Bouche
  • Present the specialty bread basket.
  • Present the cheese trolley and assist guest with their choice on emphasizing all characteristics of every single cheeses.
  • Possess full knowledge of the menu, and provide menu explanation and recommendations (Daily Special)
  • Possess full knowledgeable of service procedures and standards.
  • Assisting the waiter in all aspects of the service as well as taking dessert orders whenever possible and assisting with large table (table 8)
  • Present the mignardises (Madelaines)
  • Possess knowledge of beverages, wines, spirit
  • Promoting and serving the Dame Jeanne spirit selection
