Responsibility:

• Ensure orders execution by processing products requests;

• Maintain direct contact with suppliers and supervise purchasing orders issuing and confirmation by suppliers;

• Search for products when not available from contracted suppliers;

• Manage discrepancy activities and related issues;

• Collect data for order fulfillment reporting activities;

• Notify all relevant anomalies to the team manager;

• Ensure product delivery to MSC vessels and Warehouses, while suggesting process improvement opportunities;

• Liaise with onboard staff to ensure efficient ordering and loading operations;
