- As Chef de Cuisine, you will take full ownership of your culinary area, ensuring:
- Impeccable quality and presentation of all dishes in line with Cunard’s corporate menus
- Compliance with company policies, including Public Health standards
- Effective management of financial costs and operational efficiency
- Leadership that motivates and develops your team to deliver exceptional results.
- Proven experience managing a large team onboard at Sous Chef level
- Strong understanding of cost control and budget management
- Working knowledge of MXP and familiarity with CSQ and NPS targets
- Extensive experience with USPH standards
- Competent IT skills and ability to lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team
