Cunard - Chef de Cuisine

As Chef de Cuisine, you will take full ownership of your culinary area, ensuring:
Impeccable quality and presentation of all dishes in line with Cunard’s corporate menus
Compliance with company policies, including Public Health standards
Effective management of financial costs and operational efficiency
Leadership that motivates and develops your team to deliver exceptional results.
Proven experience managing a large team onboard at Sous Chef level
Strong understanding of cost control and budget management
Working knowledge of MXP and familiarity with CSQ and NPS targets
Extensive experience with USPH standards
Competent IT skills and ability to lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team
