RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fleet-wide inspection and analysis of current housekeeping processes with regard to optimized workflows, and compliance with standards and budget requirements
• Conceptual preparations for new ships to be put into service
• Analysis of existing structures and workflows, and their further development with the aim of achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Creating and monitoring of Housekeeping standards, briefing and training documents
• Specialized training of crew members on the ships
• Performing department-related market analyses and selection of housekeeping products
