AIDA - Spa Receptionist (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing and coordinating all scheduling within the Body & Soul area
Providing friendly, professional, and personalized product recommendations and selling spa treatments and premium products (brands include La Ric, Couleur Caramel, Thalgo, and Pharmos Natur)
Ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining quality standards
Responding promptly and proactively to guest inquiries and requests
Participation in training courses in the areas of spa, fitness, and hairdressing
Career development opportunities including advancement from Spa Supervisor (m/f/d) to Spa Manager (m/f/d)
