RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to deliver the highest possible service during the night according to SQA standards.
• Checks-in the Night Utilities and ensures that all their duties are completed in timely manner.
• Answers all calls from Reception after 22:00hrs. Takes guest requests over the telephone using best etiquette, applying SQA standards at all times.
• Executes all housekeeping and room service-related requests in the night.
• Ensures all housekeeping lockers and butler pantries are locked after the completion of evening service.
• Collects all breakfast orders from the guest suites.
• Delivers newspapers to guest suites.
•  Displays a full understanding of butler services.
• Prepares daily breakfast trays.
• Assists in preparing mis-en-place for room service breakfast deliveries.
• Carries out embarkation and disembarkation duties as instructed by the Chief Housekeeper and Butler Manager. Collection and preparation of all fruit stands and the collection of all left over liquor bottles from guest suites.
