• To qualify for this position, you must:
• Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in a similar kitchen environment, ideally within the cruise industry.
• Fluent English
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.
• Excellent understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for guest service and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a team.
