RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for serving food and beverages in an assigned restaurant
• Provide professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• Detailed knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Ensure guests are not kept waiting for service in the assigned restaurant and guarantee a smooth flow of service
• Taking table reservations and assisting with non-food orders and inventories
• Compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines in area of responsibility

REQUIREMENT:

• Training in the hotel and restaurant industry or verifiable professional experience, ideally abroad or in the cruise industry in the restaurant area
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Committed team player, positive personality and excellent communication skills, stress resistant and flexibility
• High level of service and sales orientation, guest-focused, professional appearance
