RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the onboard nursing team.
• Provide comprehensive healthcare services to passengers and crew.
• Ensure compliance with maritime health regulations and standards.
• Conduct health assessments and manage medical records.
• Handle medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Offer advice on health and wellbeing to passengers and crew.
• Maintain medical supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

REQUIREMENT:

• Registered Nurse with a valid license.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Experience in emergency care and trauma management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Willingness to travel and work onboard a cruise ship for extended periods.
