Requirements

• Two-year or three-year qualification as a Kitchen Service Operator;
  or
• Upper secondary school diploma obtained at State Professional Institutes for food and wine and hotel hospitality – specialising in the kitchen sector;
  or
• Generic high school diploma together with the possession of at least 6 months of work experience, even if not continuous, and/or training courses/internships in the kitchen sector, to be self-certified by the candidates;
  
• Good knowledge of Italian and English;
  
• Age of majority.
