Kazlauskas: Refreshing the Norwegian Brand
“Norwegian Cruise Line is definitely in the premium space, above contemporary,” said Marc Kazlauskas, president, aboard the new Norwegian Luna (pictured above, right)
Kazlauskas along with Mark Kansley, chief experience officer, and Kiran Smith, chief marketing officer (pictured above, middle), cited the dining, entertainment and service aboard the fleet, including the Haven experience, speaking to the premium family market.
Being in the process of refreshing the NCL brand, Kazlauskas underscored the need to communicate the brand to the market, featuring freedom and flexibility going back to its roots.
