AmaWaterways Christens AmaMelodia on Colombia’s Magdalena River
AmaWaterways has christened its second ship in Colombia, the 64-guest AmaMelodia, in Barranquilla, according to a press release.
“This milestone means so much to us, not only as we expand our presence in Colombia, but also as we continue to strengthen the relationships we’ve built here,” said Kristin Karst, chief brand ambassador at AmaWaterways.
The christening ceremony brought together local partners, including ProColombia, Colombia’s government agency responsible for promoting tourism, as well as government representatives and community leaders.
