Prince Rupert Opens 2026 Season with Holland America Call
Prince Rupert Cruise Port has kicked off its 2026 cruise season with the arrival of Holland America Line’s Noordam, marking the start of what is projected to be the port’s busiest year on record.
According to a press release issued by the port, Prince Rupert expects to welcome approximately 145,000 cruise guests in 2026, more than double last year, across 78 ship calls from 14 cruise lines.
“The launch of the 2026 season is an exciting moment for Prince Rupert and a reflection of the strong foundation we’ve built with our partners and community,” said Steve Finnigan, General Manager of Prince Rupert Cruise Port. “We are seeing unprecedented growth, and with that comes a tremendous opportunity to showcase what makes this destination so special.”
