GPH Opens Ports to Students Through Next-Gen Program
Global Ports Holding (GPH) has launched its Next-Gen Program for students across its global network of 35 cruise ports, according to a statement.
Guided terminal visits, industry presentations, operational briefings and ship tours were organized at select ports to introduce students to the world of cruise and port operations, as well as showcase the career opportunities available at sea and ashore.
Mehmet Kutman, chairman & CEO at Global Ports Holding, said: “Today, we celebrate the dedication of seafarers around the world, both within GPH and across our global network. Our Next-Gen Program represents our commitment to the future by opening our ports and providing students with immersive, real-world exposure to the maritime industry.
