MSC Remote Seattle Check-In Streamlines Guest Embarkation
MSC Cruises has launched a new Digital Remote Check-In solution in Seattle, designed to streamline the embarkation process and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience to guests.
Introduced during the inaugural Alaska season of the MSC Poesia, the service enables guests traveling on MSC Cruises’ official airport transfers to complete their cruise check-in at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport before arriving at the cruise terminal.
The company said in a press release that the remote check-in allows them to skip the traditional document verification and check-in steps at the port and proceed directly to boarding.
